Since 2009, our founder, Oliver Ujhazi, has been working as an independent real estate consultant in the Rhine-Neckar region for the marketing of high-quality residential properties. With an increasing number of inquiries from the area of WEG management, the company Immobilien und Hausverwaltung Erdar GmbH was opened in 2012, which from then on took over the professional management of real estate and facility management services.

Since 2023, the company operates under the name Neuhauser Immobilien GmbH in order to bring all aspects of real estate - brokerage, administration and facility management services - under one roof. At the same time, our headquarters were relocated to Heidelberg's Bahnstadt.

 

We provide professional services to our customers at fair prices starting at 2% commission. With every sale, we donate 3% of our revenue to social projects in the Rhine-Neckar region.
